* AT 224 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL IN 
  AS LITTLE AS AN HOUR HAS BEEN ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR ACROSS
