* AT 928 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED UP
TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AROUND SCITUATE RHODE
ISLAND. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND AN INCH WITHIN THE
