* WINDS: SUSTAINED WEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO
  50 MPH.

* TIMING: STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL PERSIST THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON
  THEN GRADUALLY DECREASE TO LESS 30 MPH AND BECOME NORTHWEST LATE
  IN AFTERNOON.
