  17 MILES EAST OF KINGMAN. THE STORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS  
  NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ESTIMATES OF OVER AN INCH AND A HALF WERE 
  SHOWN IN THIS AREA. A NEARBY SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN WITH
