* AT 552 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
BETWEEN 1.00 AND 1.50 INCHES OF HEAVY RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ON THE 
HIGHER TERRAIN NORTHEAST OF DUNCAN. RAINFALL RUNOFF WILL LIKELY 
RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL WASHES THAT DRAIN INTO THE GILA 
RIVER. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...SANDERS 
WASH...BURRO WASH...BITTER CREEK...SAND WASH AND RAINVILLE WASH. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THREAT...SIGNIFICANT WATER FLOWING IN NORMALLY DRY WASHES...ROADWAY 
DIPS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS IS STILL LIKELY TO RESULT IN MINOR 
FLOODING ISSUES.

HOWEVER...RAINFALL RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN RUNNING
