938 WWUS82 KTAE 270820 RFWTAE URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TALLAHASSEE FL 420 AM EDT SUN MAY 27 2012 ...A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM TO 5 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR PORTIONS OF THE INLAND PANHANDLE DUE TO A COMBINATION OF SEVERAL HOURS OF LOW HUMIDITIES PLUS DISPERSIONS WELL ABOVE 75 AND AN ERC WELL ABOVE 20... .AS SUB-TROPICAL STORM BERYL BEGINS TO APPROACH THE FLORIDA EAST COAST LATER TODAY...LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL INCREASE FROM EAST TO WEST. HOWEVER INLAND PORTIONS OF THE PANHANDLE...FARTHEST FROM THIS MOISTURE SOURCE...WILL STILL DROP BELOW 35 PERCENT RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SEVERAL HOURS THIS AFTERNOON.
