DUE TO A COMBINATION OF CRITICALLY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...HIGH 
DISPERSIONS AND ERC VALUES AT OR ABOVE 20...

.THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS FORECAST TO DROP JUST UNDER 35
PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON ALONG THE FLORIDA/GEORGIA BORDER AND ALSO
ACROSS INLAND PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN FLORIDA BIG BEND. DISPERSIONS
FOR THESE AREAS ARE FORECAST TO BE ABOVE 75 PERCENT ALONG WITH ERC
