DETECT A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 
NEAR MACEDONIA...OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF SPRINGHILL...MOVING 
SOUTHWEST AT 20 MPH.

THE STORM HAS BEGUN TO DIMINISH AND MOVE AWAY. HOWEVER...FLASH 
FLOODING MAY STILL OCCUR ACROSS THE WARNED AREA AS WATER LEVELS MAY 
BE SLOW TO DECREASE. FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN MAGNOLIA 
AND WAS AFFECTING VEHICLES AND BUILDINGS.

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
