SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS PHELPS
COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGE FROM ONE TO THREE INCHES ACROSS
PORTIONS OF PHELPS COUNTY. ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF UP TO TWO INCHES
WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON...AS MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE
