  NORTHEASTERN MARIES COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT.

* AT 1117 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL TRAINING ACROSS 
  NORTHEAST MARIES COUNTY. RADAR SUGGESTS THAT UP TO FOUR INCHES OF  
  RAIN HAS OCCURRED NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF BELLE. ADDITIONAL          
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THIS SAME AREA OVER THE NEXT FEW      
  HOURS...LIKELY TO CREATE FLASH FLOODING.  FLASH FLOODING WILL MOST 
  LIKELY OCCUR ALONG THE DRY FORK CREEK...AND SURROUNDING            
  TRIBUTARIES. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
