  NORTHEASTERN CARTER COUNTY IN KENTUCKY...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF GRAYSON...
  SOUTH CENTRAL GREENUP COUNTY IN KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT

* AT 409 PM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING   
FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
BEEN RECEIVED IN THE WARNING AREA IN THE LAST 2 HOURS. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HOPEWELL.

FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG US 60 AND STATE HIGHWAY 1 IN   
CARTER COUNTY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF AROUND 0.5 INCHES TO AN INCH 
IS EXPECTED IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE STREAM BANKS TO BECOME UNSTABLE.
UNSTABLE STREAM BANKS CAN FAIL OR BECOME SLIPPERY. PERSONS SHOULD
