WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 8 MILES WEST OF GIBSON...OR ABOUT 9 MILES
NORTHWEST OF BENNETTSVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

SOME LOCATIONS WHICH WILL EXPERIENCE HEAVY RAIN 
INCLUDE...GIBSON...LAUREL HILL...AND LAURINBURG.

GUSTY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH.
DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALSO REDUCE DRIVING SPEEDS TO AVOID
HYDROPLANING.
