* AT 435 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING FLOODING OVER RALEIGH. 
DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER A 
HIGHLY URBAN AREA. AN ADDITIONAL 1 INCH IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE RAIN 
ENDS. 

* LOCATIONS THREATENED WITH FLOODING INCLUDE RALEIGH. WADE AVENUE... 
CAPITOL BLVD... OLD WAKE FOREST ROAD... THE I-440 BELTLINE FROM NEW
