PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN DELAWARE INTO THE EARLY EVENING..

AT 422 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
BANDS OF RAIN WITH WIND GUSTS APPROACHING 65 MPH EXTENDING FROM 6 
MILES EAST OF SOUTH AMBOY TO 20 MILES EAST OF GEORGETOWN. AS THE 
BAND MOVES WEST...DAMAGING WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF 
WESTERN NEW JERSEY...SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN DELAWARE 
THROUGH 630 PM.

IN ADDITION...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR OVER AREAS THAT 
RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS EARLIER. THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN MAY WEAKEN 
TREE ROOT SYSTEMS... RESULTING IN DOWN TREES AND POWER LINES.
