AT 139 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WILKES-BARRE...MOVING EAST
AT 25 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR ARROWHEAD LAKE...BLAKESLEE
AROUND 200 PM...TOBYHANNA...POCONO PINES AROUND 215 PM...CANADENSIS
AND MOUNTAINHOME AROUND 230 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
