...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CARBON AND MONROE COUNTIES...

AT 402 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR WIND GAP...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. THE 
THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR BRODHEADSVILLE AND EFFORT AROUND 415 
PM...STORMVILLE AND MERWINSBURG AROUND 430 PM...BARTONSVILLE AND 
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS AROUND 445 PM...AND TANNERSVILLE AND ANALOMINK 
AROUND 500 PM.

ADDITIONAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE POCONO REGION 
DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
