NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR SYCAMORE AROUND
320 PM...MILLSBORO AROUND 335 PM AND GEORGETOWN AROUND 355 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
