...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE SOUTHEAST PORTION OF SUSSEX 
COUNTY DELAWARE...

AT 432 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES SOUTHEAST
OF GEORGETOWN TO 16 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GEORGETOWN...MOVING SOUTH AT 5
MPH. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR SELBYVILLE AROUND 515 AM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. DO
NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER TREES WHEN LIGHTNING THREATENS...MOVE INDOORS
WHEN A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES.

RADAR INDICATES THAT AS MUCH AS 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE FALLEN 
SINCE 3 AM IN THE AREA JUST EAST OF FRANKFORD AND DAGSBORO.
