CARBON...LEHIGH...MONROE...NORTHAMPTON...SUSSEX AND WARREN 
COUNTIES...

AT 736 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF 
WILKES-BARRE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH. THIS LINE OF 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE ENTERING CARBON AND MONROE COUNTIES BY 8 
AM...THEN WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REST OF THE AREA DURING THE MID 
MORNING HOURS. 

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS LINE OF
