ATLANTIC AND OCEAN COUNTIES...

AT 115 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SHOWERS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES 
SOUTHEAST OF TOMS RIVER TO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF ATLANTIC CITY.
THE SHOWERS WERE DRIFTING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST. THE 
SHOWERS WILL BE NEAR HARVEY CEDARS AROUND 135 PM...SURF CITY AROUND 
155 PM AND NORTH BEACH HAVEN AROUND 215 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE SHOWERS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER 
TO POND ON ROADWAYS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH TO HALF AN INCH PER HOUR ARE LIKELY IN THE
STRONGER SHOWERS.
