AT 555 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM NEAR CHESTERTOWN...OR ABOUT 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MIDDLETOWN...THAT WAS DRIFTING VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CAUSE HEAVY DOWNPOURS THAT WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
