STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING EAST ACROSS HARFORD COUNTY IN NORTHEAST
MARYLAND. THESE STORMS WILL SPREAD ACROSS CECIL COUNTY MARYLAND INTO
NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR SO.
VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
