...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF CECIL...KENT AND 
QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTIES...

AT 820 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 16 MILES WEST OF MIDDLETOWN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
20 MPH. SOME ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP JUST TO 
THE NORTHEAST AND ALSO SOUTHWEST OF THIS STORM.

HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS, AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND 
ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES. WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH 
AND HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF DIMES ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER 
STORMS.

CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING. DO NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER 
TREES WHEN LIGHTNING THREATENS, MOVE INDOORS WHEN A THUNDERSTORM 
APPROACHES.
