MONROE...NORTHAMPTON AND WARREN COUNTIES...

AT 136 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MOUNT POCONO...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR DELAWARE WATER GAP
AROUND 145 PM...DELAWARE WATER GAP AROUND 150 PM...COLUMBIA...
PORTLAND...EAST BANGOR AROUND 215 PM AND BLAIRSTOWN AROUND 220 PM.

HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM, AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND 
ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.
