NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IS SHOWING AN AREA OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING EAST NORTHEAST ACROSS CHESAPEAKE BAY. THE RAIN
WILL CROSS NORTHEAST MARYLAND AND DELAWARE THIS EVENING AND COULD
CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND 
SMALL STREAMS. ALL TRAVELERS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR DETERIORATING
