* IMPACTS: MOTORISTS WITH PLANS TO DRIVE ON HIGHWAY 95 BETWEEN
  BONNER'S FERRY AND SANDPOINT IDAHO SHOULD PREPARE FOR GUSTY
  NORTHWEST WINDS. AREAS OF BLOWING DUST WILL BE POSSIBLE.
