PORTIONS OF THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS UP
TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.
