FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR NORTH HAVEN...OR NEAR NEW HAVEN...MOVING
NORTH AT 40 MPH. THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTS OF FLOODED STREETS IN
DOWNTOWN NEW HAVEN. ANY THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVE THROUGH THE AREA
COULD PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 1 AND 2
INCHES PER HOUR OCCURRING.
