  SUMNER COUNTY IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 1038 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF EXCESSIVE 
RAINFALL IN SUMNER COUNTY AND EASTERN ROBERTSON COUNTY. PUBLIC 
REPORTS HAVE ALSO INDICATED WATER OVERFLOWING THE BANKS OF HONEY RUN 
CREEK ONTO ROADWAYS NEAR THE WHITE HOUSE AND CROSS PLAINS AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...GALLATIN...
  CROSS PLAINS...PORTLAND...WESTMORELAND AND WHITE HOUSE.
