  WEST CENTRAL FENTRESS COUNTY IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT

* AT 406 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SOME AREAS HAVE RECEIVED UP   
  TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL. HARDEST HIT AREAS ARE HIGHWAY 52 BETWEEN  
  LIVINGSTON AND JAMESTOWN...ALSO...THE WILDER ROAD AREA IN EAST    
  OVERTON.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR.
