* AT 1144 AM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED
  AREA AND RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS
  OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR WHICH HAS FALLEN ON SATURATED GROUND.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
  THE AFTERNOON. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED
