  AS PERSISTENT HEAVY RAIN BANDS MOVE FROM SOUTHEAST TO NORTHWEST    
  OVER THE SAME AREAS. RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 1 TO 2 INCHES OF         
  RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER THE PAST HOUR WHICH HAS FALLEN ON       
  SATURATED GROUND. STORM TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED 
  IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF MOBILE COUNTY AND PORTIONS OF  
  GEORGE AND STONE COUNTIES. THESE FACTORS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH   
  FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
