  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS  
OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MELBOURNE...AND MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
