* WIND...NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 15 MPH
  AND WILL BE GUSTY AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...VALUES WILL FALL TO 30 TO 35 PERCENT FOR A FEW 
  HOURS DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ANY ONGOING FIRES OR ONES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY
  SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
