ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON. THE
HIGH WIND WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. 

* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS UPTO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 50 MPH WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
  RAPIDLY DECREASE TONIGHT.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST AROUND MID DAY TODAY.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: WEED...LAKE SHASTINA AND GAZELLE.

* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS ON INTERSTATE FIVE COULD CREATE 
  DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS. ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE 
  VEHICLES. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE SOUTHERN 
  SHASTA VALLEY NEAR WEED AND LAKE SHASTINA.
