ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST THURSDAY. 

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT THEN
  DECREASE TOMORROW MORNING. 

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: SUMMER RIM AND HIGHWAY 31 BETWEEN PAISLEY AND
  SUMMER LAKE. 

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL INCONVENIENCES TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WEAK
  STRUCTURES MAY EXPERIENCE DAMAGE. LOOSE OBJECTS WILL BE BLOWN
