THAT THE STORMS THAT PROMPTED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAVE WEAKENED. 
THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. 
HOWEVER...THERE STILL MAY BE SOME AREAS THAT HAVE WATER OVER THE 
ROADWAYS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE REMAINDER 
OF THE DAY...FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS MAY BE ISSUED AT A LATER TIME. A 
FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THIS AREA.
