  PECOS COUNTY. MAJOR FLOODING WAS REPORTED ON FM 1053 BETWEEN
  IMPERIAL AND FORT STOCKTON. SIGNIFICANT RISES WERE DETECTED ON 
  SANTA ROSA SPRING. SIGNIFICANT FLOODING WAS ALSO REPORTED ON
  FM 1450 JUST WEST OF FORT STOCKTON. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
