  ALONG DARK CANYON DRAW. STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS NEAR QUEEN    
  HAVE DUMPED SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN CAUSING A SUDDEN RISE IN DARK   
  CANYON DRAW THAT MAY LEAVE LOW WATER CROSSINGS WEST OF CARLSBAD    
  FLOODED AND IMPASSABLE.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WHITES CITY
  AND QUEEN.
