* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 717 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RAINFALLS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES HAVE RAPIDLY ACCUMULATED
  OVER SOUTHWEST CRAWFORD COUNTY SINCE 645 PM...AND POCKETS OF HEAVY
  RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 8 PM.   

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS
  OF SOUTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF COOK STATION
  AND DILLARD.
