* AT 808 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES EAST OF ARNOLD...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  35 MPH.
