  SMOOT AND SANDLICK CREEK. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS ENDED ACROSS
  THE AREA...HOWEVER EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
  FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS OVER THE NEXT FEW
  HOURS.
