* AT 529 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR SOMERSET...OR 19 MILES
  SOUTH OF TALLULAH. THE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. ESTIMATED
  RADAR RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES...HAVE
  OCCURRED IN THE PAST HOUR.
