  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
  CLINTON TO PEARL...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM CLINTON TO
  BRANDON. THE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. ESTIMATED RADAR

TOTALLED BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES IN A FEW SPOTS SINCE 3 PM. HAWKINS
