  ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE AREA THIS EVENING. A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THE WEST...AND THIS ADDITIONAL
  RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
