* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STEPHENS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA...

* UNTIL 1030 AM EDT

* AT 730 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE   
WARNED AREA. OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS ESTIMATED TO HAVE FALLEN ON 
THE WEST SIDE OF TOCCOA. ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS LIKELY IN THIS AREA 
BEFORE THE RAIN ENDS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO   
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
