WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 300 PM MST. RADAR ESTIMATED THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES 
OF RAINFALL OCCURRED OVER THE POCO BURN AREA IN LESS THAN AN HOUR 
AND FLOODING OF ROADS AND DRAINAGES WITHIN THE POCO BURN AREA IS 
LIKELY CONTINUING.
