* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN DADE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA

* UNTIL 315 PM EST

* AT 915 AM EST...RIVER GAGE READINGS ON LOOKOUT CREEK NEAR NEW 
ENGLAND WERE INDICATING THAT THE CREEK WILL SOON COME OUT OF ITS 
BANKS. HEAVY RAIN FROM EARLIER THIS MORNING WILL CAUSE OTHER SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...SUCH AS HURRICANE CREEK AND SUTTON CREEK...TO 
FLOOD AS WELL. THE FLOODING ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS SHOULD 
DIMINISH BY EARLY AFTERNOON BUT MAY PERSIST ON LOOKOUT CREEK THROUGH 
THE DAY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO MORGANVILLE
  AND NEW ENGLAND.
