THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MAY BE CAUSING FLASH FLOODING OVER
THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 3 INCHES HAS OCCURRED
SINCE 7 PM EDT. SMALL PONDS...CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY
