SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS WESTERN
TRAVIS COUNTY. ALMOST 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS OCCURRED IN THE PAST
HOUR NEAR BULL CREEK AND LOOP 360 IN AUSTIN.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
